Pro tento typ výpočtu byl použit open-source software LIGGGHTS. Zaměřením první části práce je vliv koeficientu restituce, rotace a rychlosti při srážce částice se stěnou. Nakonec je představena aplikace granulární simulace, která ukazuje míchání granulárních materiálů pomocí míchadla. V návaznosti byla popsána metodologie zpracování výsledků na základě různých charakteristik. This thesis focuses on computational simulations of the granular systems by using Discrete Element Method (DEM). For this type od computation was used the open-source software LIGGGHTS. The focus of the first part is the effect of coefficient of restitution, rotation and velocity when particle bounces off the wall. Finally is presented the application of granular simulation, it shows the mixing of granular material by the stirrer, followed by describing methodology of evaluation the results based on different characteristics.
