První část bakalářské práce se věnuje teorii poloprezidentského systému a francouzskému politickému systému. Druhá polovina je věnována kohabitaci a její teorii a francouzské praxi. This bachelor thesis is the evaluation of a position of the president in the French semi-presidential system with focus on the cohabitation, which is unique for French system. The cohabitation arises when the elected president comes from different political group than the premier minister. The first part of the bachelor thesis is dedicated to the theory of semi-presidential political system and French political system. The second half is about cohabitation its theory and practise. The result of this thesis should be explication of a position of the French president in the French political system with a consideration on cohabitation. Another responsib.
