Teoretická část představuje základní informace o DMO, rozděluje formy onemocnění, popisuje klinické příznaky a další možné přidružené choroby a možnosti léčby tohoto onemocnění. Dále se teoretická část dotýká oblasti možností výchovy a vzdělávání dětí s postižením. Praktická část zahrnuje metody rehabilitace, definuje ergoterapii jako takovou a představuje možnosti uplatnění ergoterapie u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. V hlavní části najdete kazuistiku čtyřletého klienta, se kterým jsem dlouhodobě pracovala v Nových lázních Teplice a následně za ním docházela do Mateřské školy Zpívánky. Po vyšetření klienta jsem sestavila krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. My final work deals the problem of children cerebral palsy. The theoretical part provides basic informations about cerebral palsy, divides forms of this illness, describes clinical signs and and other possible associated diseases, and the treatment of this disease. Furthermore, the theoretical part concerns the possibilities of upbringing and education of children with disabilities. The practical part includes methods of rehabilitation, defined occupational therapy as such and presents the possibility of application of occupational therapy by children with cerebral palsy. In the main part you can find a casuistry of my four-year client. I worked with him in the long term in New Spa Teplice and then in the kindergarten Zpívánky.
