Teoretická část se zabývá zdravotnictvím, úlohou státu ve zdravotnictví, ekonomikou zdravotnictví a také financováním zdravotnictví. Práce také popisuje nemocnice a jejich třídění, protože je práce zaměřená na fungování nemocnice. Poté představuje Nemocnici Děčín, její historii a informace o odděleních. A také představuje Krajskou zdravotní, a.s., její popis a vedení společnosti. Následně se zabývá finanční analýzou a její aplikací na Nemocnici Děčín v letech 2006-2011, kde pro lepší porovnání uvádí také rok 2005. Výsledky porovnání absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů jsou uvedeny v tabulkách a graficky znázorněny, a také je k nim uváděn hodnotící komentář. The topic and main aim of this thesis is ,,Analysis of economy the Hospital Děčín, o.z., before and after entering into Krajská zdravotní, a.s., in years 2006-2011". The theoretical part deals with health care, the role of the state in health care, the economic aspects of health care and also with financing of health care. Since the thesis mainly focuses on the way hospitals operate, it further provils the characterization of hospitals and thein classification. Next part describes closer the Hospital of Decin, its history and particular departments. Krajská zdravotní, a.s. and its management is also described in details. The thesis subsequently contains the financial analysis of Hospital of Decin and its application in years 2006-2011. Year 2005 is for better comparison includes as well.
