Obsahem teoretické části bude uvedení do problematiky tématu nezaměstnanosti, jejími psychickými a sociálními následky na jedince trpící dlouhodobou ztrátou zaměstnání. Seznámení s principy motivace a vymezení možností aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Obsahem praktické části je prezentace výsledků vlastního šetření, které autorka zpracovala v rámci spolupráce s úřady práce. Konkrétně se jedná o analýzu specifik zjištěných z výsledku dotazníkového šetření, zaměřeného na motivační stupně. Šetření bylo realizováno dle etických zásad a na základě výsledků byly stanoveny závěry a doporučení pro praxi. This thesis examines changes in motivation of people who lost their permanent job and have difficulty regaining permanent work. The theoretical part of the introduction to the topic of unemployment, its psychological and social consequences for individuals suffering from long-term employment loss. Introduction to the principles of motivation and determination of possibilities of active employment policy. The practical part will be presenting the results of its own investigation, which the author will be processed in the framework of cooperation with labor offices. Specifically, the analysis of the specific findings of the survey results, focusing on the motivational level.
