V teoretické části seznamuje s obsahem pojmů rodina, její funkce, postavení a potřeby dítěte. Dále pak s pojmy rozvod, výchova po rozvodu, problematiku styku s druhým rodičem a problematika vyživovací povinnosti. Stěžejním úsekem teoretické části je kapitola "děti a rozvod", kde je poukázáno na reakce dětí, jejich pocity, role, chápání rozvodu a psychologický dopad rozvodu na děti dle věkových kategorií. Empirická část je zaměřena zejména na prožívání respondentů během rozvodu rodičů, jeho ovlivnění vztahů v rodině a pohled respondentů na manželství. Dotazovány byly všechny věkové kategorie, přičemž minimální dosažený věk pro dotazování byl stanoven na patnáct let. Zjištění nám pomohou porovnat pohled a vnímání rozvodu v současné době s publikovanou literaturou. This bachelor theses is focused on problems of a divorce and the impact of the divorce on the psychological-social feature of a child. In the theoretical part of the work terms such as family and it´s function, role of a child and child´s requirements, divorce, raising, raising after a divorce, contact with the other parent or problems of maintenance obligation, are presented. Crucial part of the theoretical part is a chapter "Children and the divorce" where reaction of the children, their feelings, roles, understanding of the divorce are shown divided according to their age cathegories. The empirical part is focused especially on feelings of the respondents from the divorce of their parents and the influence of the divorce and new partner relationships. All age cathegories were inquired where the minimal age of asking was 15. Findings are going to help us with drawing comparison of views and divorce viewing to up to date literature.
