V současné době je tato problematika stále více skloňována, a to zejména z toho důvodu, že Česká republika patří k zemím, ve kterých se nachází největší počet dětí v zařízeních ústavní výchovy. Dlouhodobě se této problematice věnují jak státní, tak i nestátní organizace, přesto to nevede k očekávanému efektu. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat hlavní příčiny, které vedou k odebrání dítěte z rodiny a jsou důvodem, proč je dítě umístěno do ústavního zařízení. Text je strukturován do dvou hlavních částí ? na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Část teoretická je pojata jako literární rešerše vztahující se k danému tématu, jsou zde definovány a popsány základní pojmy vztahující se k významu rodiny pro dítě, zajištění její funkčnosti pro jeho zdárný vývoj a taktéž popis typů rodin, které jsou hodnoceny jako patologické a problematické. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na charakteristiku ústavní péče a jednotlivých forem náhradní rodinné péče. Je zde pojednáno také o nově vyvíjeném systému, který by měl přispět ke snížení počtu dětí v ústavních zařízeních. Cílem praktické části je uskutečnit výzkumné šetření, které bude probíhat s odpovědnými pracovníky zařízení ústavní péče na území hlavního města Prahy a zanalyzovat nejen ty příčiny, vlivem kterých se ?jejich? děti ocitly v ústavní péči, nýbrž se také zaměřit na jednotlivá opatření, která byla v rodině těchto dětí aplikována před jejich odebráním a popsat stav, jak je s těmito rodinami dále pracováno. Jako hlavní výzkumná metoda bude využit strukturovaný rozhovor a dotazník. This bachelor thesis deals with the causes that lead to the removal of the child from the family. At present, the issue is still more inflected, especially for the reason that the Czech Republic belongs to the countries in which the largest number of children in institutional care. Long dealing with this issue both state and non-governmental organizations, but it does not lead to the expected effect. The main objective of this work is to analyze the main causes that lead to the removal of the child from the family and are the reason why the child is placed in institutional care. Text is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is designed as a literature review related to the topic, there are defined and described the basic concepts related to the importance of the family for the child, to ensure its functionality for its successful development and also describe the types of families that are classified as pathological and problematic. The next chapter focuses on the characteristics of institutional care and various forms of foster care. There is also dealt with the newly developed system, which should help to reduce the number of children in institutional care. The practical part is to implement the research which will be conducted with responsible staff of residential care facilities in the capital city of Prague and analyze not only the causes, the influence of which is "their" children find themselves in institutional care, but also focus on the various measures that have been these children in the family applied before removing and describe their condition, how these families continue working.
