Je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána krize, krizová intervence a její členění a cíle. Dále pak popis služeb poskytovaných v Plzeňském kraji pro ohrožené děti a rodiny s dětmi. Výzkumné šetření bylo zaměřeno na zjištění dostupnosti informací pro ohrožené děti a jejich rodiny o těchto zařízeních a jaká je dostupnost samotné krizové intervence v Plzeňském kraji pro děti školního věku. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří čtyři základní skupiny respondentů ? děti, pracovníci odborů sociální péče, pracovníci neziskových organizací a pracovníci krizové telefonické pomoci. Součástí závěru jsou návrhy doplnění služeb. The thesis is focused on the options of crisis intervention for children in the schools in Pilsner's region. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes crisis, crisis intervention and its sctructure and objectives. There are also described the services provided in Pilsner's region for unsafe children and families with children. The qualitative research of the availability of the information for unsafe children and their families about this facilities and how is the reachability of the crisi intervention itself in Pilsner's region for children in schools is the goal of practical part. My research was focused on finding information availability for vulnerable children and their families about these devices and what is the availability of crisis intervention itself in the Region for children of school age.
