Note Ved. práce Jana Chrásková Abstract Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění efektivity edukace klientů se zavedenou kolostomií po operaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části ? teoretickou a empirickou. V první kapitole teoretické části je nejprve definován pojem kolostomie, následuje jejich dělení, indikace a v poslední podkapitole jsou popsány komplikace stomie. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na péči o pacienta se stomií, pomůcky pro stomiky, péči o stomii a životní styl stomiků. Poslední kapitoly jsou věnovány práci stomických sester a edukaci, kde je mimo jiné popsána role stomické sestry jako edukátorky v praxi. Výzkumná část má za cíl zhodnotit efektivitu edukace klientů v péči o kolostomii po operaci. K dosažení hlavního cíle jsem si stanovila dílčí cíle práce, které zjišťují úroveň znalostí a vědomostí kolostomiků, kteří již prošli procesem edukace, v oblasti výživy, ošetřování stomie a v prevenci kožních komplikací. Průzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky průzkumu jsou pro přehlednost zaznamenány do tabulek a grafů. The bachelor thesis is focusing on the analysis of effectiveness regarding education of clients with implemented colostomy after surgery. The thesis is divided into two sectiones - theoretical and empirical one. In the first chapter I devone the subjekt colostomy, this is followed by the categorization, indication and the next chapter deals with complications of colostomy. Additional chapter focuses on the colostomy patient care, the tools used by stoma patient, care of stoma and the lifestyle of stoma patiens. Last chapters deal with the work of stoma-nurses and education, among other things the overview of the role of stoma nurse as educator is provided. Empirical part aims to asses the effectiveness od education of clients that are nursed after surgery. In order to reach the key aim I have also focused on secondary goals presenting the level of knowledge among colostomy clients, who already went through the process of education, in the field of nutrition, stoma treatment and prevention of skin complications. The survey was carried out using questionnaires. The results are outlined in charts and graphs in order to ensure their comprehensiveness. Another responsib.
