Note Ved. práce Ivana Lamková Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou verbální komunikace mezi sestrou a pacientem. Kvalita komunikace je sledována v Masarykově nemocnici o.z., Ústí nad Labem v období od listopadu 2011 do ledna 2012. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoretická část je věnována popisu komunikace obecně, jejímu rozdělení a specifikám komunikace s nemocným člověkem. Dále se zabývá podrobnějším rozčleněním verbální komunikace, vytýčením nejčastějších bariér ve verbální komunikaci a vymezením rozdílů v komunikaci při specifických činnostech jednotlivých sester. V druhé empirické části je popisováno sledování komunikace sestry s pacientem za využití kvalitativní výzkumné metody pozorování na interním a chirurgickém oddělení Masarykovy nemocnice o.z. v Ústí nad Labem. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro klinickou praxi pro zkvalitnění verbální komunikace mezi sestrou a pacientem. This Bachelor thesis focuses on quality of verbal communication between a nurse and a patient. The quality of such communication is monitored in Masarykova hospital in Ústí nad Labem in the period of time from November 2011 to January 2012. The paper is divided into two sections. The first ? theoretical - part of the thesis describes the general communication and its division. This part of the paper also deals with the specifics in communication with a diseased person. Furthermore the work pays attention to more detailed classification of verbal communication, the barriers in verbal communication, and to differences in communication of a nurse with a patient at particular operations. Second part of the bachelor thesis contains an empirical evidence of communication between a nurse and a patient in the internal medicine department and in the surgery department of Masarykova hospital in Ústí nad Labem. A qualitative metod of research ? observation ? was used for the sekond part of the work. The summary of the thesis presents suggestions for an improvement of verbal communication between a nurse and a patient in a clinical praktice. Another responsib.
