Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tématem a hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je Analýza hospodaření Nemocnice s poliklinikou Česká Lípa, a. s., v letech 2005 - 2010. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje péči o zdraví a zdravotnictví, přičemž je uvedeno rozlišení, specifické znaky a základní problematika ekonomiky obou těchto oblastí. Vzhledem k tomu, že je práce zaměřena na zdravotnické zařízení, kterým je nemocnice, jsou uvedeny také její obecné znaky, struktura a klasifikace. Pozornost je také věnována financování poskytované zdravotní péče a teorii finanční analýzy. Následují informace o nemocnici v České Lípě, její historie a představení jednotlivých oddělení. Dále se již práce věnuje aplikaci finanční analýzy. Je provedena horizontální analýza a analýza poměrových ukazatelů. Výsledky analýzy jsou uvedeny v tabulkách, graficky znázorněny a doplněny o komentář hodnotící hospodaření Nemocnice s poliklinikou Česká Lípa, a. s., ve zvoleném období. The topic and the main goal of my bachelor thesis is "The analysis of economy the Hospital and Health Centre Česká Lípa, Inc, in years 2005 - 2010". The theoretic part concerns the health care, where is mentioned the definition, some specific features and the basic issues of the economy in the both areas. With regard to the fact that this thesis focuses on the health mechanism, which is the hospital, there are also mentioned its general features, structure and classification. This thesis also focuses on the funding of the provided medical care and the theory of the financial analysis. The following information concerns the hospital in Česká Lípa, its history and the presentation of the particular wards. Then the thesis deals with the aplication of the financial analysis. There is made the horizontal analysis and the analysis of the ratios. The results are stated in the tables, they are graphically illustrated and supplemented by the commentary evaluating the economy of the Hospital and the health center Česká Lípa, Inc, in the given period.
