Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza českého pracovního trhu za účelem zjištění, zdali se zde využívá a aplikuje princip flexikurity, a analýza pracovního prostředí společnosti PNS, a. s., kde se taktéž sleduje aplikace principu flexikurity. Cílem je zhodnotit aktuální situaci ve firmě, k čemuž využijeme dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci a hloubkový rozhovor s vedením firmy, a poté navrhnout možné změny v duchu principu flexikurity tak, aby firma dosahovala lepších hospodářských výsledků a zvýšila svou konkurenceschopnost. The subject of this thesis is an analysis of the Czech labour market because of the finding if there is the flexicurity principle applicated and an analysis of the labour surround in the company PNS, a. s., where we also study the application of the flexicurity principle. The target of my thesis is to describe the actual situation in the company and a survey research among the company employees and an interview with the company management will help me.
