Cílem práce bylo zjistit stav motivovanosti zaměstnanců a spokojenost s prací všeobecně a případně navrhnout změny v motivačním programu společnosti. K získání potřebných informací byla použita dotazníková metoda a mé osobní zkušenosti. Výsledky šetření byly vyhodnoceny a byla navržena opatření pro zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců. The thesis engaged in the Motivation of Employees in the AGC Flat Glass Czech. The main goal is to find out the level of the motivation of employees, the general contentment with the job and to propose some changes in the social program of the company. There was created a questionnaire and used my personal experiences to obtain these informations.
