Prokazuje, že v případě Pána prstenů lze pracovat s důležitými filosofickými tématy, porovnává paralely myšlení několika významných filosofů s tzv. nolmë, moudrostí elfů, a odkrývá filosofický smysl příběhu. The bachelor thesis deals with the philosophical perspective on the literature of J. R. R. Tolkien, focusing primarily on its ethical dimension. It demonstrates that in case of Lord of the Rings major philosophical issues could be considered, it compares the parallel thinking of several prominent philosophers with the so-called nolmë, elves wisdom, and reveals the philosophical meaning of the story.
