Note Ved. práce Jan Charvát Abstract Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice sociálně patologických jevů a problematice alternativních trestů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se věnuji sociálně patologickým jevům, jejich zasazení do naší sociálně kulturního kontextu a jejich prevencí. Pozornost dále věnuji retributivní a restorativní justicí. Zaměřím se také na Probační a mediační službu, která hraje v restorativní justici důležitou roli. V následujícím oddíle teoretické části popisuji alternativní tresty, které se uplatňují při řešení trestné činnosti, naznačuji jejich vývoj v České republice. V praktické části pomocí statistik z Ministerstva spravedlnosti charakterizuji kvantitativní ukládání jednotlivých alternativních trestů. Dále analyzuji statistiky Probační a mediační služby o vykonatelnosti trestu obecně prospěšných prací. Z analyzovaných statistik a rozhovoru s probačními pracovníky se snažím vyvodit, zda jsou či nejsou alternativní tresty úspěšné. This bachelor thesis is dedicated of socio-pathological phenomena and problems of alternative sentences. The work is divided into two parts - theoretic and practical. The theoretic part deals with socio-pathological phenomena, their insertion into our socio-cultural context and their prevention. Then devote attention to retributive and restorative justice. I concentre on the Probation and a mediation Service, which plays an important role in restorative justice. In the following section I describe the alternative punishments to be applied in solving crime, outlining its development in the Czech Republic. In the practice part using statistics from the Ministry of Justice quantitatively characterize individual saving alternative sentences. It also analyzes statistics Probation and Mediation Service for enforceability of the of community service. The analyzed statistics and interviews with probation staff to try to deduce whether or not they are successful alternatives to prison. Another responsib.
