Ke vzniku lokalit typu brownfields, tedy nevyužívaných průmyslových i neprůmyslových objektů a areálů, docházelo v souvislosti s politickými změnami, socioekonomickými změnami a změnami v průmyslu a zemědělství. V současné době převládá trend opětovného využívání těchto objektů a areálů. Je to však velmi nákladný a složitý proces, který vyžaduje spolupráci mnoha subjektů. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na osvětlení této problematiky a na zmapování lokalit a současného stavu brownfields v Ústeckém kraji. Zabývám se možnostmi řešení a financování této problematiky. Zmiňuji zahraniční přístupy k problematice brownfields a uvádím konkrétní příklady již úspěšně revitalizovaných území a objektů na území Ústeckého kraje a také v zahraničí. In my bachelor thesis I deal whit the problem, that affects mainly the developed countries. The emergence of brownfield sites, therefore, abandoned industrial and non-industrial buildings and sites, occurred in the context of political changes, socio-economic changes and changes in industry and agriculture. Currently prevailing trend of re-use of these buildings and premises. But it is very expensive and complicated process, that requires the cooperation of many subjects. This bachelor thesis is focused on the lighting of this issue and mapping the locations and current state of brownfields in the Usti Region. I deal whit possibilities and funding of this issue. I mention foreign approaches to brownfields and I mention specific examples of successfully revitalized areas and objects in the Usti region and abroad. Another responsib.
