The diploma thesis is focused on the life and work of Albert Pražák (1880-1956), famous Czech literary historian. The explanation is aimed chiefly at his affection towards the ?Czechoslovak Nation?, his educational and edifying activities at the University of Prague and at the University of Bratislava, and his interest in Czech national emancipation (i.e. the re-birth of Czech nation). The closing chapter is concentrated on the recapitulation of the reception of works written by Albert Pražák from the end of 1960s till the present days. Another responsib.
