Note Ved. práce Jana Chrásková Abstract Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na psychosociální adaptaci klientek po hysterektomii s onkogynekologickou diagnózou. První část obsahuje specifika onkologických diagnóz žen, zjištění diagnózy a prognóza léčby. Cílem je zjistit rozsah, hloubku a závažnost daného onemocnění a možnosti léčby. Druhá část práce analyzuje nástroje a způsoby psychosociální adaptace žen při zjištění uvedeného závažného onemocnění a analýzu připravenosti a způsobů léčení z pozice porodních asistentek, lékařského personálu a psychologa. V návaznosti na uvedená zjištění vlastní názor na důležitost psychosociální práce, její odbornou přípravu a v neposlední řadě týmová spolupráce při péči o klientku. Bachelor thesis focuses on psychosocial adjustment after hysterectomy with clients onkogynekologickou diagnosis. The first part contains the specifics of women's cancer diagnosis, detection diagnosis and prognosis of treatment. The aim is to ascertain the extent, depth and severity of the disease and treatment options. The second part analyzes the tools and methods of psychosocial adaptation of women in the detection of serious diseases and analysis of preparedness and treatments from the position of midwives, medical staff and psychologist.
