Teoretická část práce popisuje ve čtyřech provázaných kapitolách fungování státní správy, dále činnost a smysl neziskového sektoru na poli sociálních služeb, sociální služby v oblasti sociální prevence a sociální vyloučení spojené zejména s lokalitami v litvínovském regionu: Janov, Litvínov. Současně se zmiňuje o důvodech působení nově vzniklé Agentury pro sociální začleňování. Praktická část se věnuje popisu současných činností státních a nestátních organizací v oblasti prevence sociálního vyloučení v Litvínovském regionu. Současně na konkrétních kazuistikách (příkladech) ukazuje a hodnotí, zda se jedná o praktickou pomoc efektivní či nikoliv. Nejedná se tedy o komplexní analýzu celého problému, ale jakousi sondu do stavu fungování konkrétních státních i nestátních organizací v regionu. The topic of my bachelor thesis are activities of state and NGO in the field of prevtion of social exclusion. The theoretical part of the work described in four linked chapters of public service activities and the sense of non-profit sector in the field of social services and social services in the field of social prevention and social exclusion associated with particular locations in the region Litvínov: Janov,Litvinov. At the same time alludes to the reasons of the newly created Agency for Social Inclusion. The practical part deals with the description of current activities and non-government organizations in the prevention of social exclusion in Litvínov region. At the same time the specific case reports (examples) demonstrates and evaluates whether the practical assistance effective or not.
