Note Ved. práce Ivan Bertl Abstract Práce se zabývá konflikty a nalezením konstruktivního řešení v práci manažera školského zařízení. Rozebírá jednotlivé druhy konfliktů, zabývá se obecnými pravidly řešení. Zabývá se komunikací a poruchami komunikace obecně, ale i komunikací na pracovišti. Cílem práce bylo pomocí kazuistik popsat jednotlivé druhy konfliktů a nalézt konstruktivní řešení z pozice manažera. Výsledkem této práce bylo zjištění, že konstruktivní řešení konfliktů ve školském zařízení, ale nejenom v něm, závisí na osobnosti manažera, na jeho psychické odolnosti každý den čelit konfliktům, na schopnosti vytvářet strategie vedoucí k vyřešení konfliktů, na jeho správné strategii komunikace s podřízenými. This work deals with the conflicts and tries to find a constructive solution to work of the managerof an educational institution. It analyses different types of conflicts and general rules of conflict solution. The work deals with communication and ihs problems in general as well as in the place of work of all of us. The aim the work was to describe the work was to describe the particular types of conflicts and find a constructive solution to conflicts but from the point of the manager. Through the researsch it was found that the solution to conflicts, inside the educational institution and as well as outside of it, depends on the personality of the manager - on his psychological endurance, ability to face different types of conflicts, also on his ability of creating strategies leading to the conflicts solution.
