Note Ved. práce Eva Buchtelová Abstract Obecná část pojednává o problematice zlomenin kostí bérce, jejich typů, druhů, konzervativní a operační léčbě a možných komplikací s připomenutím základních anatomických a fyzikálních charakteristik dolních končetin. Speciální část se soustřeďuje na popis fyzioterapie v pooperačním období a dále na charakteristiku terapeutických procedur používaných po zlomeninách u dolních končetin. V hlavní části je uvedena kazuistika pacientky s otevřenou zlomeninou bérce (tibiae a fibuly) pravé dolní končetiny s podrobným vyšetřením a rozpracováním rehabilitačního plánu. General part of the thesis deals with the problems of shin bone fractures, its types, conservative and surgical treatment and possible complications, mentioning the principal anatomical and physiological characteristics of lower extremities. Special part aims at the description of the physiotheraphy at post-surgical stage and summarizes the characteristics of therapeutical procedures used after the lower extremities fractures. Case study presents the casuistry of a patient with open fracture of crus (tibiae and fibula) of right lower extremity with a detailed investigation and elaboration of her rehabilitative plan.
