Note Ved. práce Marek Jelínek Abstract Práci se zabývá CMP, jejími klinickými projevy a především její sekundární prevencí. V obecné části se nachází anatomie cévní soustavy s onemocněními, které jí provázejí a zároveň jsou i rizikovými faktory CMP. Mimo tato onemocnění jsou popsané další rizikové faktory v podobě diabetes melitus a obezity. Speciální část obsahuje metody a možnosti, kterými lze minimalizovat možnost recidivy CMP. Poslední část tvoří kazuistika, kde se popsané metody ve speciální části snažím aplikovat v praxi na své pacientce. Thesis deals with the CMP, its clinical manifestations, and especially its secondary prevention. The general section is the anatomy of vascular system diseases that accompany it, while they are also risk factors for stroke. Out of this disease are other risk factors described in the form of diabetes mellitus and obesity. A special section contains the methods and options that can minimize the possibility of recurrence of stroke.
