Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Bakalářská práce na téma "Biopotraviny a jejich odbyt v restauračním zařízení" podrobně objasňuje problematiku uplatnění biopotravin na českém trhu, konkrétně v oblasti pohostinství a ubytování, a s ní úzce související problematiku konverze ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení na ekologický způsob řízení. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce, podložená odbornou literaturou, je východiskem pro část praktickou, jejímž cílem je zhodnocení stávající situace odbytu biopotravin v Hotelu Pensionu Jana v Děčíně. Při rozboru odbytové politiky, založené na efektivní aplikaci marketingových nástrojů, je kladen značný důraz na propagační politiku. Závěrečnou část práce pak tvoří dotazníkové šetření za účelem zjištění celkového povědomí a informovanosti občanů města Děčín o biopotravinách, včetně interpretace výsledků a možných návrhů ke zlepšení. Bachelor thesis "Whole Foods Marketing in a Catering Establishment" describes closely the issues of whole foods use in the Czech market, concretely in the sphere of catering and lodging. In the following, the closely related issue of the changeover of catering and lodging services to an ecological management is explained. The theoretical-methodological part of the thesis, which serves as the resource for the practical part, is based on a scientific literature. The main aim of the practical part is to analyze the current situation of the whole foods sales in Hotel Pension Jana in the town of Děčín. The analysis of the sales policy is highly focused on the promotion mix. The last part of the thesis contains a questionnaire research, which examines the local citizen informedness about whole foods, including the interpretation of the results and possible improvement suggestions.
