Analýzu jsem prováděl na knihách, které se liší, jednak dobou vzniku, literárním útvarem a odlišným pohledem autorů. Následující knihy jsem podrobil analýze: Bible, Jidášovo evangelium (gnostický spis), Legenda aurea od Jakube de Voragine (legenda), Satanův deník od Leonida Nikolajeviče Andrejeva (povídka), Milovaný Jidáš od Geralda Messadié (román), Jidáš Iškariotský od Siegfrieda Obermeiera (román) a Jidáš, zrádce spravedlivých od Kamila Bednáře (divadelní hra). Výsledkem srovnání bylo zjištění, že postava legendárního biblického zrádce je zobrazována velice pestře. In my thesis "The figure of Judas Iscariot in the literature", I used my analysis of selected books which handle life and death of Judas Iscariot, to create a comparison of these literary works. I accomplished the analysis with books, which differ both of time, a distinct literary formation and different view of authors. I carried out the analysis: with Bible, Gospel of Judas (Gnostic file), Legenda aurea from James de Voragine (legend), Satan's diary from Leonid Andreyev (story), Dear Judas by Gerald Messadié (novel), Judas Iscariot from Siegfried Obermeiera ( novel), and Judas, the traitor of the fair Kamil Bednar (theater play).
