Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Záměrem této práce je nastínit životní situace aktérů domácí péče o nesoběstačného člena rodiny a rostoucí nutnost pomoci těmto lidem a rodinám v jejich obtížné situaci. Uvést důvody, které vedou pečovatele vykonávat tuto službu. V současné době je pozornost věnována především závislé osobě než samotnému pečovateli, který péči zajišťuje. Ve většině případů jde o dlouhodobou péči, která trvá i několik let. Riziko vzniku zátěže u pečovatele je větší, pokud veškerá zodpovědnost o závislou osobu spadá na bedra jednoho člověka. Nastíněním životních situací laických pečovatelů a nejsilnějších negativních faktorů (stresorů) a salutorů se stává stavebními kameny pro prevenci zátěže vyvolanou přímou péčí. Výzkumy zjištěné stresory je možné potlačit pomocí salutorů a dobře sestavenou sociální oporou. The aim of this work is to outline the life situation of people who care for another, not such a self sufficient family member and the growing need to help these people and their families to manage the difficult situation. Describe the reasons that lead caregivers to take care of them. Currently, attention is focused on person in care than the very person who provides care. In most cases, it is a long term care, which lasts several years. Risk of a burden on the carer is greater if all the responsibility for a dependent person falls on the shoulders of one man. By recognizing the living conditions amateurs care giving people and the strongest negative factors (stressors) and positive factors become building blocks for the prevention of the burden caused by care.
