V obecné části je popsána motivační teorie zaměřená na obsah, motivační teorie zaměřená na proces a kolektivní smlouva AGC Flat Glass Czech a.s. V této části je i podrobně popsána tvorba dotazníku a rovněž vlastní dotazník, který byl distribuován mezi zaměstnance. V praktické části jsou dotazníky vyhodnoceny a vytvořeny grafy, které vyjadřují názory respondentů. Dále byla formulována doporučení pro zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců firmy AGC. The topic of this thesis is ? The Concept of Employee Motivation in AGC Flat Glass Czech Inc.?, with a help of a questionnaire, which was distributed to the employees of this company. In a general part is described: a motivation theory, which is focused on the content, and the motivation theory focused on a process and a collective agreement of AGC Flat Glass Czech Inc. A formation of the questionnaire, which was distributed to the employees is also described in detail in this part. In the practical part there are the questionnaires evaluated and the graphs are made. These graphs express the opinion of the informants.
