V teoretické části seznamuji s fyzikální podstatou broušení, souvisejícími vlivy a stanovením nejdůležitějších zákonitostí tohoto procesu. Poukazuji na nové trendy ve vývoji brousících nástrojů, které vedou ke zvyšování efektivnosti procesu broušení. K experimentu jsem použil dva typy vysokopórovitých brousících kotoučů, prvním byl kotouč se zrnem bílého korundu, druhý se zrnem SG u kterých jsem sledoval právě vliv vysoké pórovitosti na průběh procesu a dosažené výsledky. Dále jsem porovnával vliv eliminace procesní kapaliny na jakost obrobeného povrchu, vývoj řezných sil a tepelnou bilanci u uvedených kotoučů. This bachelor work deals with problems of grinding hardened materials using tools with high porosity. In the theoretic part the physical essence of grinding was introduced as well as related influences and the most important patterns of the process were determined. The new trends in development of sharpening tools that lead to escalated effectivity of the process of grinding were adverted too. To this exeperiment two print high porous sharpening disks have been used, the first disk was made from white corundum grains, the latter one from SG grains where the influence of high porosity on course of the process and the records gained were observed. Further I compared the influence of the elimination of the procedural liquids on quality of machined surface, development of cutting powers and heat balance of reffered - to disks. Another responsib.
