Note Ved. práce Arnošt Smolík Abstract V předložené bakalářské práci autor rozpracovává obsahově základní pojmy z oblasti všech rozměrů prevence a sociálně nežádoucích jevů. Dále se zaobírá samotnou osobou preventisty MV ČR, jeho osobností a kompetencemi potřebnými k vykonávání profese. Zvláštní pozornost je v práci věnována formální a neformální autoritě policisty-preventisty, jako základnímu kriteriu pro funkční a adekvátní interakci s objektem preventivního působení. Zdůrazněn je nejen osobnostní podíl jedince při vytváření a vymezování autority ale i část automaticky získávaná delegováním ze strany společnosti. Vstupem do instituce a získanou sociální pozicí. Bakalářská práce vymezuje oblasti, které musí osoba preventisty dále kultivovat a zkvalitňovat. Jedná se primárně o oblasti profesionality, sociálních dovedností apod. V praktické části za pomoci empirické sondy je zmapována preference vlastností a kompetencí osoby preventisty očima žáků II. Stupně základní školy ve vybraných institucích Ústeckého kraje. Tím je vytvořen rámec priorit, na které je potřeba zaměřovat pozornost s cílem dosáhnout vyššího výchovného dopadu preventivní činnosti ze strany příslušníka policie ČR na půdě školy. The author works out basic concepts from areas of all dimensions of prevention and socially undesirable phenomenons in this thesis. Next he deals with the person of the preventer of MV ČR, his personality and skills necessary to perform this profession. Special attention of the thesis is devoted to the formal and informal authority of the policeman/policewoman - preventer like the basic criterion for functional and adequate interaction with the object of preventive leverage. Both personality proportion during the production and definition of the authority and the part automatically obtained by delegation from the society are emphasized in the thesis. By the entrance to the institution and obtained by the social position. The thesis delimits areas which the person of preventer must further cultivate and improve. These areas are primary areas of slickness, social skills, etc. In the practical part of the thesis there is charted preference of qualities and skills of the person of preventer by eyes of pupils from the second grade of primary schools in selected intitutions of Ústecký region. This creates the framework of priorities on which the attention should be pointed with the aim to reach higher educational impact of preventive activity from the side of the police member of the Czech Republic on the background of the school.
