Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Ve své bakalářské práci, "Faktoring a jeho vývoj v České republice" jsem se zaměřila na popis, vysvětlení a průběh faktoringu ve světě i v České republice. Tato alternativní forma financování je již ve světě běžně používána. V České republice již také není tolik neznámá, ale stále existuje spousta podnikatelských subjektů, které o této formě financování neví. Cílem mé práce je přiblížit tuto alternativní formu financování a poukázat na její přednosti i nedostatky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku, historii, funkce, druhy, průběh, výhody a nevýhody faktoringu. Také tato část popisuje faktoring v České republice. Praktická část přibližuje použití faktoringu v konkrétní společnosti a porovnání této alternativní formy financování vzhledem k běžné formě financování, konkrétně bankovnímu úvěru. In my bachelor thesis "Factoring and its development in the Czech Republic", I focused on the description, and explanation of course factoring in the world in the Czech Republic. This alternative form of financing is commonly used in the world. In the Czech Republic has also not so much unknown, but there is still a lot of business, who knows this form of financing. The goal of my work is closer to this alternative form of financing and highlight its strengths and weaknesses. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics, history, functions, types, course, advantages and disadvantages of factoring. The following section describes factoring in the Czech Republic.
