Note Ved. práce Miroslav Tichý Abstract Tato bakalářské práce je zaměřena na fyzioterapii po operačním řešení zlomenin v oblasti hlezna způsobených při sportovní činnosti. Obecná část popisuje anatomii nohy a biomechaniku chůze, zabývá se příčinami sportovních úrazů i možnostmi jejich předcházení. Dále zlomeninami nejprve obecně, pak konkrétně v oblasti hlezenního kloubu. Následuje popis operačního řešení zlomenin, resp. osteosyntéz, zejména z hlediska fyzioterapie. Speciální část popisuje komplexní fyzioterapeutické metody, postupy a koncepty, které se používají při léčbě poúrazových stavů v oblasti hlezna. Hlavní část obsahuje podrobný popis ambulantní fyzioterapeutické léčby pacienta st. post fracturam trimalleolaris. This thesis is focused on the post-surgical physiotherapy treatment of ankle joint fractures, caused by sports activity. The general part of the thesis describes the anatomy of the foot and the biomechanics of walking. It also deals with the causes of sporting injuries and possibilities for the prevention of such injuries. Fractures are discussed in general and more particularly to the ankle joint. We then move onto describe the surgical treatment of fractures, and more precisely ostheosynthesis, especially in regards to the physiotherapy treatment of this condition. A special focus is placed upon the complex physiotherapeutic methods, procedures and conceptions used in the treatment of status traumatogenic of the ankle joint.
