Note LIc. smlouva Abstract Bakalářská práce, která nese název {\clq}qProblematika změn po roce 2007 v DPS Chlumec``, je zaměřena na zařízení, které se nachází nedaleko města Ústí nad Labem, a jehož účelem je poskytování pečovatelských služeb seniorům. Název tohoto zařízení je Dům s pečovatelskou službou Chlumec. Cílem bakalářské práce je nejen seznámení s výše jmenovanou organizací, ale hlavně zmapování problémů, se kterými se Dům s pečovatelskou službou Chlumec potýká a stanovení návrhů na řešení některých z nich. Závěrem práce je pak vyzdvižení těch nejzávažnějších problémů a praktické návrhy, které by měly přispět k jejich zmírnění či úplnému odstranění. Pro získání informací byly použity metody volných rozhovorů, analýza dokumentů a ankety. The bachelor work which was named {\clq}qProblems of Changes after the year 2007 in the Home with Domiciliary Services Chlumec`` is aimed to the institution which is situated near the city of {\clq}qÚstí nad Labem`` and its goal is the offering of care services for seniors. The name of this institution is The Home with Care Services Chlumec. The goal of the bachelor work is not only meeting the previously called organization but mainly the mapping of problems which The Home with Care Services Chlumec fights with and the determination of proposals for solutions some of them. Then the conclusion of this work is the emphasis of the most serious problems and practical proposals which ought to contribute to their easement or to their whole elimination.
