Note Ved. práce Jiří Škoda Abstract Bakalářská práce "Juvenilní delikvence ve vztahu k volnočasovým aktivitám`` pojednává o příčinách a faktorech, které mají vliv na vznik kriminality mládeže. Jaké vztahy a nedostatky mládež ohrožují a co působí na nežádoucí vývoj mladistvých. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsme prováděli výzkum u obviněných a odsouzených mladistvých, celkem 56 osob, kteří jsou umístěni ve Vazební věznici Litoměřice, Vazební věznici Teplice a Věznici Všehrdy. Cílem výzkumu je ověření teoretických poznatků týkajících se vlivu kriminogenních faktorů na páchání trestné činnosti mladistvými v konfrontaci se zjištěnými údaji. Zmapovali jsme rodinné zázemí mladistvého a zjišťovali skutečnosti, zda rozdílné rodinné prostředí, ze kterého mladiství obvinění a odsouzení pocházejí, má vliv na páchání trestné činnosti. Šetření bylo také zaměřeno na údaje související s životním stylem mladistvých před uvězněním, po kolikáté jsou mladiství umístěni ve vazbě či ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, jakou trestnou činností páchali, které návykové látky na svobodě užívali, kterým volnočasovým aktivitám se před uvězněním věnovali a jaké životní potřeby jsou pro mladistvé důležité. Zjištěné výsledky potvrdily zejména vliv part jako jeden z faktorů ovlivňující rizikovou mládež k delikventnímu chování. Vlastním šetřením jsme zjistili, že obvinění a odsouzení mladiství umístěni ve vězeňských zařízeních trávili svůj volný čas před uvězněním spíše pasivním způsobem. My bachelor dissertation Juvenile Delinquency and Its Interrelationship to Free - Time Activities deals with the causes and behavioural factors bringing about criminality of young people. It especially analyses which relationships among young people and which inadequacies are the major threat to the youths and what causes undesirable behaviour and development of criminal behaviour od young people. In the practical part of our study, we carried out research with the group of 56 young people who were accused of a crime and remanded in custody or sentenced to prison in the Litoměřice Prison, the Teplice Prison and the Všehrdy Prison. The aim of our research is the verification of the theoretical findings about the influence of possible delinquency factors on the criminality of young people and the assessment of the findings and the actual crime rate. We ave carried out a survey of the family backgrounds of those young delinquents and we have been trying to find out if different family and social backgrounds which the young people come from have an influence on their criminality. Our survey has also been focused on collecting the data related to the social lifestyles of the youths before their first imprisonment, the number of their takings into custody and their imprisonments, the type of criminal activity which they commited, which drugs they had used while being free, which free - time activities they had done before going to prison and which needs and necessaries those young people regard as important in life. Results found in the research proved and confirmed a strong negative influence of gangs on the behaviour of at - risk children and young people and their delinquency. Our survey has, proved that both the accused and sentenced and imprisoned young people who were involved in our study were more likely to spend their leisure time before being sent to custody or sentenced to prison in a rather passive way.
