Note Ved. práce Stanislava Hachová Abstract V této diplomové práci jsme se zabývali informovaností žáků ZŠ o problematice syndromu CAN. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, ve které jsme popsali základní charakteristiku syndromu CAN, jeho formy a projevy včetně prevence a právního základu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Součástí teoretické části diplomové práce je i přehled nejznámějších a nejdůležitějších institucí, kde mohou týrané či zneužívané děti najít potřebnou pomoc. Praktickou část tvoří výsledky a analýza statistického průzkumu zaměřeného na informovanost žáků základních škol o problematice sexuálního zneužívání. Výzkumem jsme chtěli získat informace o znalostech respondentů v oblasti sexuálního zneužívání. Především zda a od koho tyto informace získávají a zda jsou tyto informace a znalosti správné a pro děti využitelné. In this thesis we devoted to the awareness of pupils of basic schools about problems of Child Abuse and Neglect syndrome. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we described basic characteristic of the Child Abuse and Neglect syndrom, its forms and symptoms including prevention and law background of social-right protection of children. The theoretical part includes also a list of the most important institutions where abused and neglected children can find necessary support. The practical part is made up of the results and analysis of our statistical research which focused on the awareness of basic-school children about problems with sexual abuse. In the research we tried to obtain information about knowledge of the respondents in the area of sexual abuse.
