Note Ved. práce Martin Nosek Abstract Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s celkovou realizací a problematikou turnaje Českého poháru pořádaném ve Chvaleticích pro kategorii kadeti. Tento volejbalový turnaj má v České republice dlouhodobou tradici a mezi trenéry mládežnických družstev nese velmi příznivé ohlasy. V bakalářské práci je kladen důraz na přípravu turnaje, průběh turnaje a vyhodnocení celkových výsledků. Je zde také zviditelněno a vyhodnoceno celkové vyúčtování turnaje Českého poháru. Ve vyúčtování je možné získat představu jaké prostředky je nutné z finančních zdrojů zajistit, aby turnaj mohl být zrealizován. Bakalářská práce je ukončena celkovým zhodnocením turnaje Českého poháru za pomoci SWOT analýzy a doporučení změn pro další ročník. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to acquaint the readers withs total implementation and problems of the Czech Cup tournament, the category of cadets, held in Chvaletice. This volleyball tournament has a long- term tradition in the Czech Republic and among coaches has a very good reputation. Above all the Bachelor's Thesis emphasizes praparation of the tournament, course of the tournament and evaluation of total score. The thesis also showes the visualization and evaluation of the final account of the tournament Czech Cup. From the account the reader may obtain the idea which recources are necessary to ensure out of the financial sources; so that the tournament can be realized. At the end of the Bachelor's Thesis is total review of the Czech cup tournament by means of the SWOT analyse as well as recommendations for the next year. Another responsib.
