Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole jsou popsány socioekonomické a demografické charakteristiky okresu Louny. Historický pohled na zemědělsko - průmyslovou oblast, která se při transformaci státně plánované ekonomiky po roce 1989 zařadila mezi okresy s nejvyšší nezaměstnaností v zemi. Analyzuji zde vliv vzniku průmyslových zón, dotační politiky a nových příležitostí regionálního rozvoje. Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou vývoje regionálního rozvoje okresu Louny. Uvádím zde vybrané ukazatele daného regionu, z kterých usuzuji tendence vývoje regionálního rozvoje v okrese Louny. Ve třetí kapitole uvádím nejvýznamnější aktéry regionálního rozvoje v okrese Louny dle odvětvového členění národního hospodářství. Závěrem shrnuji poznatky analýz statistik okresu Louny a hodnotím jeho silné a slabé stránky. Shrnutím výsledků analýz vybraných ukazatelů hodnotím okres Louny, jako region s dobrým a nevyčerpaným potenciálem v oblasti regionálního rozvoje. The bachelor's thesis analyzes actors of regional development of the Louny district. The aim of the thesis is to describe the characteristics, system, structures, and evaluation of activities of individual actors of the Louny district regional development. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the socioeconomic and demographic characteristics of the Louny district, and gives a historical view of the agricultural-industrial region, which with the transformation of state-planned economy after 1989 has become a district with one of the highest unemployment rate in the country. In this chapter I analyze the influence of rising industrial zones, subsidy policy, and new opportunities of regional development. The second chapter analyzes the history of the Louny district regional development. Here, I state selected indices of the region, from which I forecast tendencies of the progress of the Louny district regional development. In the third chapter I mention the most important actors of regional development of the Louny district according to the branch classification of the national economy. In conclusion, I summarize the findings of analyses and statistical data of the Louny district, and I evaluate its strengths and weaknesses. Summarizing results of the selected indices analyses, I rate the Louny district as a region with a good and unexhausted potential concerning the regional development. Another responsib.
