Nakládání s odpady zahrnuje veškerou manipulaci s nimi, od jejich vzniku, až po jejich likvidaci. Není možné, aby se jednotlivé kroky při manipulaci s odpady prováděli samostatně, bez jakékoliv návaznosti na kroky předchozí či následující. Obsahuje základní pojmy, které s touto problematikou bezprostředně souvisí a jaký vliv mají nebezpečné odpady na životní prostředí a jaká nebezpečí hrozí všem při manipulaci s nimi. Poslední část bakalářské práce je věnována nakládání s nebezpečnými odpady v konkrétní biochemické laboratoři. Jsou zde popsány nejen jednotlivé dílčí kroky při manipulaci s nebezpečnými odpady, ale také případné odchylky od zákonů a právních předpisů, které jsou základním pilířem správného nakládání s nebezpečnými odpady nejen ze zdravotnictví. V bakalářské práci jsou uvedena doporučení konkrétní laboratoři, která by vedla k nápravě a zaručila by shodu s platnými zákony. In this bachelors thesis we will discuss the complex process of biohazardous waste management. Handling of the waste involves the entire process of manipulation from the initial step of collection to that of final disposal. Successful processing of the waste involves a series of dependent steps, each one uniquely important to the entire process. In this thesis we will describe the conditions in which biohazardous waste management is required, the process itself, its affects on the environment and hazards exposed to those performing the task. Finally, we will discuss the ultimate processing of the biochemical waste in the laboratory. Specifically, we will discuss the individual steps in waste management in the laboratory, the mandates governing these steps as passed on by the health care system and how these laws are being adhered to in the lab. In conclusion recommendations will be made that will improve compliance in the lab with respect to the laws governing the disposal of biohazardous waste. Another responsib.
