Zároveň se však dotýká i problematiky zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, zejména pak jeho dopadů na strukturu a možnosti poskytování služeb v oblasti sociální a pracovní rehabilitace v těchto zařízeních. Cílem práce tedy bylo provedení analýzy sociální a pracovní rehabilitace ve vybraných zařízeních poskytujících sociální služby osobám s mentálním postižením v regionu Ústí nad Labem a následné posouzení uplatnění zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách ve smyslu sociální a pracovní rehabilitace v těchto zařízeních. Stanovených cílů bylo dosaženo s pomocí neformálních rozhovorů s ředitelkami jednotlivých zařízení a následným zpracováním jejich odpovědí do několika oblastí, shodných pro všechna mnou navštívená zařízení. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První část práce je věnována vývoji péče o mentálně postižené a psychologické charakteristice mentální retardace a druhá část práce se již zaměřuje na samotné služby sociální a pracovní rehabilitace a následně na jejich analýzu v jednotlivých zařízeních sociálních služeb působících v ústeckém regionu. This graduation theses analyses social and working physiotherapy, which is offered in long-term care facilities for mentally affected people in Ústí nad Labem Region. All at once graduation theses implicates questions of Act no. 108/2006 Sb., "about social services``, especially its impacts to structure and posibillities of offering social services in social and working physiotherapy sphere in these care institutions. Graguation theses´drift should be presentment of analyse of social and working physiotherapy in the selected care institutions, which provide social services to mentally affected people in Ústí nad Labem Region. The integral part of graduation these sis following claiming the Act. no. 108/2006 Sb., "about social services`` in terms of social and working physiotherapy in these care facilities. Appointed tasks were got with informal conversations with individual care institution´s directresses and subsequent processing and categorizing their answers in several sections, consistent in all care facilities, I have visited. Graduation theses is divided into five chapters. The first one puts one´s mind to development of special care about mentally affected people and to psychological characteristic of cephalonia. The second chapter is intented directly on particulary social and working physiotherapy services.
