Abstract Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám tématem: " Adolescence a náročné životní situace". Uvádím zde stručnýpřehled názorů z historie na dospívání. Dále stručně popisuji charakteristiky tohoto vývojového období, jako je sociální, psychický a fyzický vývoj. Dále se zabývám teoriemi adolescence. Podrobněji zpracovávám náročné životní situace a vyrovnání se s nimi. Dotazníkovou metodou jsem zkoumala, s jakými náročnými situacemi se současní adolescenti setkávají, jak přistupují k jejich řešení, z čeho mají strach a co očekávají od budoucnosti. The Dissertation discusses " Adolescence and difficult life situations". I mention a short overview of attitudes to adolescence and briefly describe characteristic features of this life period as is social, psychological and physical evolution. Then I focus on theories of adolescence. There are difficult life situations and their solutions more detailed analyzed. I used the method of an interview for research to which difficult life situations do the adolescents face nowadays, how they approach to them, what do they fear of and what do they expect from the future.
