Abstract Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Daňový pohled na náklady a užitky ve vzdělání``. Nejlepší devizou každého státu jsou v současné době vzdělaní lidé, kteří jsou nejenom schopni vymýšlet stále progresivnější technologie, což v konkurenčním boji je nutným předpokladem pro fungování firem, ale kteří je také umí v praxi využívat. Ale bohužel otázce vzdělávání není udělená dostatečná pozornost. V první fázi své práci snažím se uvést problémy financování vzdělání v České republice a navrhnout systém, který by mohl tuto situaci zlepšit. Po té následuje část zaměřená na podnikatelské subjekty a problematiku vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmách. Vzdělávání zaměstnanců je nutností pro to, aby firma obstála v konkurenci a byla schopna vyvíjet svou činnost. Také důležitou roli ve vývoji podniku hraje inovace. Ve své práci uvádím, jak stát pomoci daňového systému podporuje investice firem do vzdělání a inovaci. V závěrečné části práce popisuji postoj firem ke vzdělávání svých zaměstnanců, možnosti financování investic do lidského kapitálu a navrhuji strategii pro rozvoj lidského kapitálu. The topic of my final bachelor thesis is "The fiscal view on the expenses and profits in education``. Nowadays the best valuables of each state are educated people who are not just able to produce more progressive technologies, which is a necessary condition for the companies` functioning in the competitor`s fight, but those who are able to use them in the work experience. However, there is not enough attention for the issue of education. In the first part of my thesis, I am trying to list the problems of the funding of education in the Czech republic and to suggest a system which could improve this situation. After that, the part focused on the entrepreneurial subjects concerning the question of employees` education in companies follows. The good education of employees is necessary for the company to be able to prevail in the recent competition and to be able to develop its own activity. The innovation in the development of a company is alco very importnat. In my thesis, I describe the way the state, thanks to the taxable system, supports companies` investments in education and innovation. In the end, I am describing the companies` attitude to employees` education, opportunities for funding of investments for human funds and I suggest a strategy for the development of human funds.
