Cílem práce je identifikovat bohaté venkovské obce a zodpovědět na níže uvedené výzkumné otázky. Během vypracování diplomové práce bylo čerpáno z webových serverů, které monitorují finanční stavy jednotlivých obcí v Česku, z oficiálních webových stránek obcí a z osobních či telefonických rozhovorů se starosty. Čtenář obdrží jasné zhodnocení strategií s porovnáním s globálními megatrendy, které obce používají k udržování nebo vylepšování svých hospodářských situací.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis deals with the topic of financing rich rural municipalities in the Ústí nad Labem region, their management of subsidies and their budgets. The aim of the work is to identify rich rural communities and answer research questions. During the elaboration of the diploma thesis, it was drawn from web servers that monitor the financial status of individual municipalities in the Czech Republic, from the official websites of municipalities and from personal or telephone interviews with mayors. The reader will receive a clear assessment of the strategies in comparison with the global megatrends that municipalities use to maintain or improve their economic policies.
