Návrh modernizace lakovací linky / Michal Pícha. -- 2021. -- 54 listů : ilustrace, schémata + 1 CD. -- Oponent David Fišer. -- Vedoucí práce František Klimenda. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá zvýšením produktivity lakovací linky v podniku Schiedel s.r.o. V teoretické části je diplomová práce zaměřena na obecnou technickou charakteristiku lakovací linky, popisuje technologický postup lakování, způsoby lakování, druhy předúprav povrchu před lakováním a dokončovací metody lakování po nanesení barvy. Teoretická část práce také popisuje způsoby dopravy dílů mezi jednotlivými technologickými sekcemi, výrobu a předúpravu vody pro oplach dílů a následné metody čištění oplachové vody. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na lakovací linku v podniku Schiedel s.r.o. Jako první byla provedena analýza nákladů lakovací linky a na základě Paretova pravidla byly vybrány kategorie nákladů, které mají největší vliv na celkovou velikost nákladů. Tyto vybrané kategorie byly podrobeny dalším analýzám, pro každou kategorii byly vytvořeny návrhy na zlepšení a výstupem práce je konkrétní návrh na zlepšení produktivity práce lakovací linky změnou organizace práce, změnou navěšování a zavedením recyklace barvy.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis deals with increasing the productivity of the painting line in the company Schiedel s.r.o. In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis is focused on the general technical characteristics of the painting line, describes the technological process of painting, methods of painting, types of surface pretreatment before painting and finishing methods of painting after application of paint. The theoretical part of the work also describes the methods of transport of parts between individual technological sections, production and pre-treatment of water for rinsing parts and subsequent methods of rinsing water purification. The practical part of the work is focused on the painting line in the company Schiedel s.r.o. The cost analysis of the painting line was performed first, and based on Pareto's rule, the cost categories that have the greatest impact on the overall cost were selected. These selected categories were subjected to further analyzes, proposals for improvement were created for each category and the output of the work is a specific proposal to improve the productivity of the painting line by changing the organization of work, changing the methods of hanging the parts and implement paint recycling.
