Adaptace seniorů na pobytové zařízení / Václav Kubec. -- 2023. -- 44 listů + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Alexandra Petrů. -- Oponent Kateřina Riedelová. -- Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptací seniorů na pobytové zařízení. Cílem této práce je určit faktory, které adaptaci seniorů na pobytové zařízení nejvíce ovlivňují a navrhnout případná doporučení Domovu pro seniory Krásné Březno. V první části práce autor věnuje pozornost současné situaci, prognózám populačního vývoje, demografickým změnám. Dále se zabývá samotným pojmem senior a popisuje projevy stárnutí a také důsledky ztráty autonomie. Bakalářská práce se dále snaží poukázat na výhody a nevýhody péče o seniora v domácím prostředí a na totéž v pobytovém zařízení. V neposlední řadě se věnuje samotné adaptaci seniorů, popisuje její fáze. Ve druhé části je prezentován samotný výzkum, ve kterém se autor pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů snažil od samotných klientů pobytového zařízení zjistit, co jim dle jejich názoru pomohlo k úspěšné adaptaci a s jakými situacemi se na začátku museli potýkat. Z výsledků výzkumu autor navrhuje konkrétní doporučení, která by mohla samotný proces adaptace v tomto konkrétním zařízení ještě zlepšit.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with adaptation of seniors to residential services. The aim of this thesis is to determine which factors influence such adaptation the most and also to make potential recommendations for the Home for the elderly in Krásné Březno. In the first part, author pays attention to the current situation, prognosis of the population growth and to demographic changes. Further, the author adresses the term senior and describes the signs of aging, as well as the consequences of the loss of autonomy. Then, the thesis tries to point out the advantages and disadvantages of home care and the care provided in residential services. Last but not least the adaptation of the seniors itself is analyzed and its phases are described. In the second part, the research is presented. In this research, the author used semi-structured interviews in order to find out what helped the clients of the residential service to adaptate and what situations they struggled with in the beginning. Based on the research results, the author makes particular suggestions that could improve the proccess of adaptation in the given Home for the eldery.
