Arabské jaro a demokratizace: transformace politických režimů v Libyi a Egyptě / David Kuba. -- 2022. -- 41 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Pavel Maškarinec. -- Oponent Petr Bláha. -- Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pokusů o demokratizaci v Libyi a Egyptě, které započaly roku 2011 při událostech souhrnně nazvaných jako "Arabské jaro". Nejdříve bude v teoretické části představena klasifikace nedemokratických a autoritativních režimů a teorie přechodů k demokracii. Následně bude v empirické části popsán charakter odstraňovaných režimů a v další části pak bude aplikována teorie přechodů na vývoj tranzice v Libyi a Egyptě. Cílem práce je ukázat, za jakých podmínek byla demokratizace v těchto zemích uskutečněna, a které faktory a aktéři stály za jejím uskutečněním.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis analyses the attempts at democratisation in Libya and Egypt that began in 2011 during the events collectively referred to as the "Arab Spring". First, the theoretical part will introduce the classification of non-democratic and authoritarian regimes and the theory of transitions to democracy. Subsequently, the empirical section will describe the nature of the removed regimes and the next section will apply transition theory to the evolution of the transitions in Libya and Egypt. The aim of the thesis is to show under what conditions democratisation was realised in these countries, and which factors and actors were behind its realisation.
