Text hledá odpověď na otázku, jaké jsou nejčastější příčiny vzniku daného problému, a zda souvisí s pracovním zařazením jedince. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definicí a charakteristikou syndromu vyhoření, zkoumá historii pojmu, nejčastější příznaky i příčiny. Dále se věnuje zevrubné definici generace mileniálů. Empirická část práce představuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu provedeného metodou zakotvené teorie.. -- Abstract: The master thesis examines the burnout syndrome and its causes in the generation of millennials. The text seeks to answer the question of what are the most common causes of the problem and whether it is related to the job classification of the individual. The theoretical part deals with the definition and characteristics of burnout syndrome, examines the history of the term, the most common symptoms and causes. It also deals with a detailed description of the generation of millennials. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of qualitative research conducted by the method of grounded theory.
