Ergoterapeutická intervence u Alzheimerovy choroby s ohledem na kognitivní funkce s využitím moderních technologií / Linda Štípková. -- 2019. -- 65 listů, 33 nečíslovaných listů příloh. -- Oponent Hana Kynštová. -- Vedoucí práce Michal Vostrý. -- Abstract: V úvodu uvádím, proč je důležité se zabývat tématem demence, jaké jsou problémy léčby a na co se často zapomíná. Cílem mé práce je popsat tuto problematiku, nabídnout vhodnou terapii, poukázat na možnost využití moderních technologií v ergoterapii. Teoretická práce je rozdělena na kapitoly, nejdříve sociální, zdravotní aspekty geriatrické populace, dále je popsán morbus Alzheimer, příčiny, symptomy a léčba nefarmakologická i farmakologická, ergoterapeutická intervence u demencí především s důrazem na kognici. V závěru teoretické části se zabývám aktuálním využitím moderních technologií, jejich výhodami a nevýhodami. Praktická část je popisem ergoterapeutické intervence. V terapii je využito konvenčních i moderních metod ergoterapie. Výsledky vybraných testů (Geriatrická škála deprese, Addenbrookský kognitivní test a další) potvrzují moderní metodu s využitím tabletu, jako vhodný doplněk k běžné terapii. Pravidelná intervence ovlivnila míru deprese, tudíž také kvalitu života.. -- Abstract: In the introduction I mention why it is important to deal with the topic of dementia, what are the problems of treatment and what is often forgotten. The aim of my thesis is to describe, as best as possible, this isme, offer suitable therapy, point out the possibility of using modern technologies in occupational therapy. The theoretical part is divided into chapters, first social, health aspects of geriatric population, further described morbus Alzheimer, symptoms and nonpharmacological and pharmacological treatment, occupational therapeutic intervention for dementia, especially with emphasis on cognition. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the current use of modern technologies, their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part is a description of occupational therapeutic intervention with a client. Conventional and modern ergotherapy methods are used in therapy. The results of the selected tests (Geriatric Depression Scale, Addenbrooke Cognitive Test and others) confirm a modern tablet-based method as a suitable supplement to conventional therapy. Regular intervention has influenced the rate of depression, and thus also the quality of life.
