Efektivita sociálně edukačního přístupu u osob trpících demencí / Eva Malkovská. -- 2019. -- 79 listů : grafy. -- Oponent Jiří Škoda. -- Vedoucí práce Michal Vostrý. -- Abstract: V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme sociálně edukačními přístupy za pomoci volnočasových aktivit u osob trpících demencí, zejména Alzheimerovou chorobou. V teoretické části se věnujeme základním pojmům vztahujících se ke zvolenému tématu. Popisujeme problematiku stáří, stárnutí, kognitivních funkcí a zejména demence a její nejčastější formy Alzheimerovy choroby. Praktickou část tvoří výsledky vlastního šetření. Realizovali jsme sociálně edukační intervenci na dvou skupinách probandů, každá skupina tvořila 10 členů. Experimentální a kontrolní skupina byla dále diferencována dle stádia demence na lehký a střední typ. U kontrolní skupiny probíhala pouze standartní péče o klienty. Na začátku jsme provedli vstupní, po 3 měsících kontrolní a po půlroční intervenci výstupní diagnostiku. Výsledky mezi experimentální a kontrolní skupinou byly vzájemně porovnávány, stejně tak výsledky vstupní a výstupní diagnostiky. Z komparace rozdílů mezi výsledky vstupní a výstupní diagnostiky můžeme konstatovat u obou skupin pozitivní vliv sociálně edukační intervence za podpory využití volnočasových aktivit na úroveň soběstačnosti, kognitivních funkcí a depresivity.. -- Abstract: In this bachelor thesis we are focusing on social educational approaches, with the help of free time activities, of people suffering from dementia and especially Alzheimer's disease. In the theoretical part we are paying attention to the basic concepts related to the chosen topic. We are describing the issues of old age, aging, cognitive functions and especially dementia and its most common form Alzheimer's disease. The practical part consists of the results of our own investigation. We carried out a social-educational intervention on two groups of subjects, each group consisting of 10 members. The experimental and control groups were further differentiated according to the stage of dementia to a light and medium type. In the control group, only standard care for clients took place. At the beginning we performed the initial assessment, after 3 months the evaluation took place and after a 6 month intervention, the output diagnostics were performed. The results between the control group and the experimental group were compared, as well as the results of the input and output diagnostics. From the comparison of differences between the results of the initial and final diagnostics, we can state in both groups, a positive influence of social education intervention with the support of the use of free time activities, on the level of self-sufficiency, cognitive functions and depression.
