Firmy chtějí situaci řešit zaměstnáváním více absolventů. Cílem práce je identifikovat, jaké faktory ovlivňují studenty vybraných středních technických škol při výběru svého zaměstnání. Následně je porovnáváno očekávání studentů s nabídkou největších zaměstnavatelů na Roudnicku, která byla zjištěna formou osobního dotazování s personalisty firem Mondi a.s. ve Štětí a Adient k. s. v Roudnici nad Labem. Byly identifikovány nejdůležitější faktory, které ovlivňují žáky při výběru zaměstnání. Jedná se především o výši nástupní mzdy, možnost sickdays a délku dovolené.. -- Abstract: Companies in the Czech Republic are contending with the shortage of technically educated workers. Companies want to solve the situation by employing more graduates. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that influence the students of the selected technical secondary schools in their career choice. Then we compare the expectations of students with the offer of the largest employers in area of Roudnice nad Labem, which was determined by personal interviews with the HR managers of Mondi a.s. in Štětí and Adient k.s. in Roudnice nad Labem. The most important factors that affect students in career choice have been identified. This is mainly the amount of the starting wage, sick days and the length of holiday.
