Analýza vlivu technologie zpracování na vybrané vlastnosti daného polymeru / Josef Ponikelský. -- 2018. -- 96 listů : barevné ilustrace, grafy, schémata. -- Vedoucí práce Jaromír Cais. -- Abstract: Cílem je zkoumání vlastností polymeru v důsledku výrobní technologie na vzorcích vyrobených vstřikováním, obráběním extrudovaného profilu a 3D tiskem. Všechny vzorky byly vyrobeny z materiálu iglidur? J260, které byly následně testovány pro zjištění vlastností drsnosti, meze pevnosti, tvrdosti dle Shoreho, koeficientu tření a bobtnání. Dále byly vzorky podrobeny světelné mikroskopii, kde byla zkoumaná struktura materiálu, především vady ve struktuře, rozmístění a tvar pevných lubrikantů.. -- Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to investigate the properties of polymer according to production technology on injection molded samples, 3D printing, machining of the extruded profile. All samples were made of iglidur? J260, which were subsequently tested for roughness, strength, Shore hardness, coefficient of friction, imbibition. Furthermore, the samples were subjected to confocal microscopy, where the structure of the material was examined, namely defects in the structure, layout and shape of solid lubricants.
