Dále se práce zabývá aktuálními trendy, rodinou a následně samotným rozvodem a rodičovskou odpovědností. Samostatná kapitola je poté věnována činnosti orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Další část popisuje již samotné možnosti úpravy péče nezletilých dětí po rozvodu rodičů a vlastní kapitola je věnována již samotné střídavé péči a poté i cochemské praxi. Práce se zaměřuje na jednotlivé oblasti střídavé péče, jak je rodiče praktikují a zda konkrétní nastavení, týkající se dětí, dětem i vyhovují. Za pomoci interních dokumentů získaných ze spisové dokumentace vedené na orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí na Městském úřadě v Kadani byla zajištěna data, které vyhodnotím a analyzuji.. -- Abstract: The introduction explains the basic concepts, such as family and upbringing. The thesis also deals with the actual trends, with the family and then with the divorce itself and with the parental responsibilities. The separate chapter is then devoted to the work of the institution of social and legal protection of children. Another part describes the possibilities of child minding arrangement after the divorce of parents and the standalone chapter is devoted to the co-parenting and cochem practise. The work focuses on individual areas of co-parenting as parents practice and whether specific arrangement concerning children fits also to children. With the help of internal documents obtained from the file documentation kept at the institution of social and legal protection of children at the Municipal the office in Kadaň was provided with data that I evaluate and analyse.
