Hlavním cílem je analýza kompetencí a činností sociálních pracovníků v adiktologických službách. Kromě těchto aspektů se také pokouší zjistit problémy a dilemata, která mohou být řešena. Je rovněž zkoumána spolupráce v rámci multidisciplinárního týmu, konkrétně s adiktology, a pohled sociálních pracovníků na jejich práci s cílovou skupinou. Vstupní část je věnována základním východiskům, která jsou podstatná pro uvedení do problematiky. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je charakteristika sociální práce s osobami se závislostí či návykovou poruchou chování. Další kapitoly jsou pak věnovány kompetencím v sociální práci a výčtu adiktologických služeb. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na dotazníkové šetření. Kromě cíle a hlavních výzkumných otázek je také popsána metoda sběru dat, výzkumný soubor a průběh sběru dat. Syntézu získaných poznatků a zhodnocení obsahují závěrečné kapitoly práce.. -- Abstract: The concern of the present bachelor thesis is the domain of social work in the field of addictology. The primary aim is the analysis of competencies and activities of social workers in the addictology service. Apart from these aspects, the thesis attempts to reveal problems and dilemmas which can be further exercised. What is also explored is the cooperation in the range of multidisciplinary team, namely the cooperation with addictologists, and the view of social workers on their work with the target group. The introductory part is devoted to the basic starting points, which are important for introduction. An integral part of the theoretical part is the characteristic of social work with persons with addiction or addictive behavioral disorder. Further chapters are devoted to competencies in social work and enumeration of addictological services. The research part is devoted to the questionnaire survey. In addition to the researched objectives and main researched questions, it also describes the way the data had been collected, the research file, and the course of data collection. The synthesis of the findings and the evaluation form the content of the last chapters of the thesis.
